Washington Pay Transparency →

New York Pay Transparency →
NYC Local Law 32 (2022) + NY Statewide (9/17/2023). Statewide: all employers 4+. Widest reach of any state.
Illinois Pay Transparency →
SB 3561 effective 1/1/2025. Pay scale and benefits description required in all postings.
Massachusetts Pay Transparency →
H.4890 (Frances Perkins Workplace Equity Act) signed 7/31/2024; posting requirements effective 10/29/2025. Pay range required in job postings. Also requires internal pay equity review.
District of Columbia Pay Transparency →
