Voluntary Resignation
≥48 hr notice (excl Sat/Sun/holidays): immediately. No notice or <48 hr: 5 business days OR next payday, whichever first
PTO / Vacation Payout Required?
Yes — if accrued
Penalty for Non-Compliance
Continuation wages 8 hrs/day at regular rate, up to 30 days; capped at 100% of unpaid wages; 12-day cure if employee gives written notice; plus attorney fees
